We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency and engagement across all platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Hire and train others in the team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
• Experience in creating social media strategies.
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Fluency in English.
